Steadily massage is becoming a driving force in comfort, recovery, stress reduction, and more.   • Relieve stress by calming the sympathetic nervous system (flight or fight), allowing the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) to activate
  • Relieve anxiety
  • Improve circulation through stimulation of lymph and soft tissue

  • Increased range of motion

  • Decreased tension and pain in affected areas
